2023 is Your Year!

Hi There! Happy Holidays to you! Are you as excited as I am to start 2023? According to the 56 Benner Cycle, 2023 is a year to make money. It is a year of low prices and a good time to buy stocks and that investment you have been eyeing! Go for it!

Last week was another volatile, and bloody, one on Wall Street. Price action teased us with a nice, mid-week rally up to key resistance levels. However, that quickly changed, as stocks slid into support after the higher-than-expected GDP release. Shocking right!?! Positive GDP data hints at a strong economy, which means interest rate hikes can extend longer. The latter did not sit well with investors.

Other key highlights from last week:

  • SBF is out on bail and home for the holidays

  • Yuga Labs appoints new CEO

  • Investors are upbeat on MATIC for 2023

We're heading into the final week of 2022:

Next week will be short and light on the economic news. We are all still hoping for that end-of-year Santa Claus Rally to close out 2022 with a bang!

For my Forex peeps: Watch out for Japan's Unemployment Rate, which may affect the JPY pairs. Also, EUR/USD bears appear to be gearing up for an explosive breakout.
